ORDS
K-tech ORDS Kit (Off Road Damping System) designed for the WP 35mm fork found on 50 & 65cc Husqvarna, KTM & Gas Gas motocross bikes. Adjustable for compression and rebound damping featuring hydraulic bottoming control system to protect the rider from severe impacts

The K-tech Off Road Damping System has been designed for lightweight off-road motorcycles.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, they use the highest quality materials and processes. The system provides the rider with control and confidence in demanding off-road conditions.
The cartridge features a hydraulic bottoming control system which protects the rider from severe impacts when landing from large jumps.
The ORDS cartridges are adjustable for compression and rebound damping.
Front Suspension Systems
ORSS
K-tech’s ORSS (Off Road Spring System) replaces the original air spring system in the Showa SAFF and WP AER forks. This replacement spring system features external spring preload adjustment and requires no machining to install.

The K-tech Off Road Spring System has been designed to replace the air system in the latest off-road motorcycles, this simple design allows you to remove the original air spring system and replace it with a more conventional spring system.
This direct replacement spring system requires no machining to install and also features external spring preload adjustment.
The system also comes with a hydraulic bottoming device which protects the rider on hard landings.

The K-tech Pro-Valve (ORVS) is a premium replacement valve system designed to enhance suspension performance.
This advanced system replaces the stock compression and rebound damping assemblies, along with the adjustment needles, to deliver significantly improved damping performance and a broader adjustment range.

Rear Suspension Systems
ORVS
The K-tech’s ORVS for WP Shock Absorbers uses a higher flowing four port piston to eliminate harshness. The ORVS is supplied with a shim stack setting suitable for a wide range of rider abilities, for all Two Stroke applications. A low friction piston band is supplied to lower the friction in the shock absorber enhancing damping stability over demanding racing conditions.

The K-tech Pro-Valve ORVS for rear shock absorbers is engineered to deliver smoother, more controlled suspension performance.
Featuring a high-flow, four-port piston design, it effectively reduces harshness while improving damping stability across demanding riding conditions.
Designed for both two-stroke and four-stroke applications, the Pro-Valve ORVS comes pre-configured with a versatile shim stack setting, ensuring optimal performance for a wide range of rider skill levels.
Additionally, a low-friction piston band minimises internal resistance, enhancing shock response and consistency—perfect for aggressive riding and competitive racing.

Rear Suspension Systems
Shock Conversion
K-tech’s Bladder conversion kits keep shock absorbers cooler. The K-Tech designed bladder creates no friction so the shock operates cooler. Less friction gives a quicker response giving better grip as the wheel is able to follow the ground more effectively.

The K-tech bladder conversion is designed to reduce the amount of friction generated inside the shock absorber and increase the gas volume inside the reservoir. This improves compliance on low-speed movements of the rear wheel and makes the shock react more consistently over differing temperature ranges.

Shock Springs
Features

K-tech shock springs are manufactured from the highest grade Chrome Silicone wire, each spring is cold coiled, heat treated, pre-set and ground to length. Phosphate coating is then applied to protect against corrosion and then powder coated before the part number is applied. All springs are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade1.
